Hens Teeth Tattoo Supply products are intended for professional use only and are not for general consumer or recreational use.

We reserve the right to request verification of your professional status before fulfilling or shipping any order.

3. Products & Information

We supply tattoo needles, cartridges, and related equipment for licensed professionals and apprentices working in licensed studios. All product descriptions and images are for informational purposes only and subject to change without notice.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that product listings, availability, or pricing are free from error.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected non-professional use;

  • Incomplete or unverifiable purchaser information;

  • Policy violations or suspected fraud.

Payment Terms:

  • All prices are in AUD.

  • Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to select countries. Shipping time estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or other external factors.

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and health regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or sterilized products, including tattoo needles and cartridges.

If you are returning a product because you changed your mind or no longer want it, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, contact us at hensteethtattoosupply@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is approved and received.

7. Professional Use Only — Liability Disclaimer

Hens Teeth Tattoo Supply products are intended solely for use by licensed tattoo professionals or registered apprentices working in licensed studios.

By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are qualified to use these products in accordance with your local health and safety regulations.

We are not responsible for any injury, infection, damage, or legal liability resulting from:

  • Use by unqualified individuals;

  • Failure to follow sterilization procedures or professional hygiene standards.

You assume all risk associated with the use of tattoo equipment.
