This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines your rights and our obligations when you purchase products from Hens Teeth Tattoo Supply in Western Australia.

2. Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of our products (tattoo needles, cartridges, and sterile equipment), for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or sterilized products.

If you change your mind and wish to return unopened, unused products, you may do so within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • The products must be in original, resalable condition and packaging.

  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.


3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If a product you receive is faulty, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at hensteethtattoosupply@gmail.com with photos and your order details.

In such cases, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement or repair where reasonable; or

  • Provide a full refund if replacement or repair is not possible.

Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by Hens Teeth Tattoo Supply.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, certain guarantees apply automatically and cannot be excluded, including that products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match descriptions.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method to return items, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
